It was taking me forever to wind up all my tie down straps by hand. It got me thinking of how I could probably design something that would speed up the process. Without even really thinking it through, making a drawing, or modeling it up on the computer, I just went to the shop and started tinkering. What I came up with was truly awesome! Not only does it work amazingly well, it's super easy to use, it collapses down flat for storage, and it looks gorgeous! Check out this video to see exactly how I made the Strap Master 5000!
